About Focused Path Integrative Health
Focused Path is a space for thoughtful, depth-oriented work at the
intersection of psyche, body, and lived experience.
The Space
Our space was created from a shared understanding:
Many people arrive at a point in life where what once worked, no longer fully fits.
Not because something is wrong—
but because something deeper is asking to emerge.
This work is not about quick solutions or fixed methods.
It is about creating space for reflection, honest conversation, embodiment and a willingness to explore.
This allows a more aligned way of living to take shape over time.
Sometimes this begins with rest and restoration.
Sometimes it takes the form of a more active reorientation.
But always, the work follows what is real and present.
Focused Path brings together two complementary approaches.
Each grounded in years of professional experience, and shaped by lived experience beyond it.
The Work
Together, our space offers multiple pathways depending on where you find yourself.
This work is shared, but not identical.
We each hold a different doorway into the same depth.
Some people know immediately where they are drawn.
Others feel it more slowly.
There is no single right place to begin.
You are invited to explore what resonates.
Cocoon — for reflection, restoration, and gentle reorientation
Crossing — for deeper transition and immersive experience
Soma — for embodied awareness and hands-on work
Amber Pena Posey
Amber’s work centers on the soul call.
She explores restoration, reorientation, and the thresholds that emerge in early adulthood, midlife and beyond.
She works relationally and intuitively, drawing from integrative medicine, developmental and depth psychology, embodied awareness, and creative exploration.
Her approach is less about directing change and more about creating the conditions where something deeper can be heard and lived.
Lance Posey
Lance’s work is grounded in the body.
As a bodyworker and intuitive guide, he works directly with subtle energy. He merges the ancient wisdom of touch with the modern understanding of the nervous system to support regulation, release, and integration.
His approach is relational and hands-on—helping what has been held in the body begin to move, settle, and reorganize over time.
This work often deepens and anchors the reflective and psychological process.
