Soma

Your body already knows.

This work helps you listen.

Somatic Experiencing

Return to Your Body

You are here right now, likely trying to think your way through something.

Wondering. Analyzing. Trying to understand.

And yet—something still feels off.

There is something underneath all of that.

A tension.

A longing.

A knowing that hasn’t fully surfaced.

It is your body.

A Different Way of Listening

Your body is not separate from your life.

It reflects how you have moved through experience—

what has been carried, adapted to, pushed through, or held together.

Your body is not something to “fix,”

but is something to begin listening to more closely.

This work is not about overriding your system or forcing change.

It is about creating the conditions where you can:

– notice what is actually happening beneath the surface

– shift your relationship to tension, sensation, and response

– allow what has been held in place to begin moving again

– and experience your body with more clarity, trust, and presence

This work is to re-member yourself.

There is nothing wrong with you.

But there may be ways you have learned to hold yourself

that are no longer necessary.

And your body often shows you that—long before your mind can explain it.

Working with Lance

Lance’s work is intuitive, grounded, and responsive to what is present in the moment. At times it may be highly technical and at other times very subtle.

Each session is led by what is actually happening, not by a fixed method. He meets you where you are—allowing the body’s natural rhythms, tension, and responses to guide the session.

For some, this work remains primarily physical—supporting release, restoration, and ease.

For others, it opens into something deeper, where emotional or more subtle layers begin to emerge.

Some sessions are quiet and grounding.

Some move deeper, more quickly.

There is no pressure for anything to happen.

Only space for what is ready.

Many clients find themselves returning regularly, allowing the work to unfold over time within a steady and supportive rhythm.

Clients often come in trying to understand what’s wrong.

They leave with a different relationship to their body—

and a clearer sense of what to trust.

Begin with the Body

If you’re here, something in you is already paying attention.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.

You don’t need to explain it perfectly.

You simply need a place to begin.
